DN Community Mental Health Services

The DN CMHS serves the Dixwell, Newhallville and South Hamden community Monday through Friday with weekend hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We are here for you, whatever your mental health needs may be. Whether you just need some help with a work related difficulty, a persistent relationship problem, or you think you may have a more serious problem, we can help. Our staff of trained professionals regularly helps members of the community with interpersonal issues, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia and more.

We offer a variety of services including

• Prescribed Medications
• Psychosocial and Psychiatric Evaluations
• Crisis Intervention
• Referrals and Case Management
